Welcome to the web-page of
Medicinal Chemistry and Cell Biology Research Group,
TIFR, Mumbai
Our focus in research lies in employing a multidisciplinary strategy for drug discovery. We work at the interface of synthetic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and cell biology. In general, our goal is to develop novel compounds and tools that can aid in the early diagnosis and treatment of challenging diseases, such as cancer and infections caused by multi-resistant pathogenic bacteria.
